What do they have in common? MAW: middle-aged women.
The Royal College of Art allows only 6 student exhibitions each year across its three campuses. Their focus on diversity and inclusion has failed to ever showcase this particular demographic - middle-aged women The ten women featured in this exhibition are not your average MAW - they’re feisty, creative, political and from places like Japan, Australia and Canada. They come from background as diverse as theatre, law, psychotherapy and business management. Visit the exhibition and see what MAW can do.
